The advantages of this cleaning technology consist mainly in the optimal energy consumption resulting from the storage of the cleaning media in sealed and insulated containers. This range of installations also scores on the cleaning process front, with complete filtration of the cleaning media and the availability of ultrasonic or spray function at each stage of treatment.<\/p>

For a small number of components with simple geometries, compact single-chamber cleaning systems are ideal. The optimum cleaning effect is achieved by a rotating holder or a vertically rotating spray register for particularly large and heavy individual parts.<\/p>

Parts can be loaded manually by an integrated handling system or by robots. Depending on the part geometry, components can be pre-aligned so that problem areas can be optimally addressed.<\/p>
